FF車のスポーツ走行に、機械式のL.S.Dは欠かせない存在です。
K-Sportsは排気量が小さく絶対的な出力が低いので、コーナーリング性能を重視した差動トルクを設定すると走行抵抗が増えタイムロスにつながります。
私たちはパワーを効率的に使え、コーナーリング性能を向上させられるバランスの取れたセッティングを施しました。
このLSDはFK7シビック用LSDで採用された、新開発クラッチプレートを使用し、適切なイニシャルトルクを発揮し、素早いロック性能を確保しながら差動時のチャタリングを抑制しスポーツ性能と快適性の両立を実現させました。
Since K-Sports cars have small displacement and low absolute output, setting a differential torque that affects cornering ability increases running resistance and results in time loss.
We have developed a setting that allows to use the power efficiently enough to improve cornering ability.
Using newly developed clutch plate originally made for FK7 CIVIC L.S.D, we achieved the following:
appropriate initial torque;
suppressed chattering and quick lock performance through differential;
sports performance and driving comfort.
